We provide mold inspection, containment, remediation, air quality treatment, surface disinfection, and post-remediation verification within Bensalem, Philadelphia, and a 30-mile service radius. All work is performed by licensed and insured technicians.
3. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are based on conditions visible at the time of inspection. Hidden damage discovered during work may require revised pricing, which will be communicated and approved before additional work proceeds.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
Same-day response is offered subject to availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a service-call fee.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring service.
- Disclose known hazards (asbestos, lead, electrical issues) before work begins.
- Pay invoices in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
6. Warranty & Disclaimer
We stand behind our remediation work. However, we cannot warrant against recurrence caused by ongoing moisture intrusion, plumbing leaks, roof failures, or other underlying conditions outside the scope of remediation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is" without further warranties.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to services or website use shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
